Sarah Palin Was Punked - Takes Phone Call From Fake French President
Sarah Palin was punked when she unwittingly took a prank call Saturday from a well-known Montreal comedy duo, Marc-Antoine Audette and Sebastien Trudela who were posing as French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
The Republican vice presidential nominee discusses politics, the perils of hunting with Vice President Dick Cheney, and Sarkozy's "beautiful wife," in a recording of the call released Saturday and set to air Monday on a Quebec radio station.
Obama's campaign spokesman Robert Gibbs, commenting on the prank, said: "I'm glad we check out our calls before we hand the phone to Barack Obama."

Apparently, the call was not a spur of the moment prank. According to new information, Palin's aids had actually been fooled three days before when they scheduled the actual call.
You would think that someone in the McCain camp would verify these kind of things...

With the McCain camp. McCain camp is saying they didn't know about it and that Palin was going a bit rogue. Palin camp says it was on her calendar so the McCain camp should've paid more attention. Idiots!
