I was just looking through some Ellie Krieger healthy living recipes she believes in balanced diets, and look what I found. I like macaroni and cheese especially with a casserole twist. She adds squash.
This has a little cheyenne pepper and dried mustard.
Nutrient Notes: Excellent source of: Vitamin A, Selenium, Thiamin, Folate, Calcium, Manganese, and Niacin; Good source of: Iron, Riboflavin, Fiber, and Phosphorus.
